To take part, simply fill in the co-optation form on our page. Enter your contact details and those of the candidate you are recommending.
No, there is generally no limit to the number of candidates you can recommend. We encourage our employees to recommend as many talents as they wish.
As well as contributing to Excelsior's success, you can earn a voucher worth €1,000 for every recommendation that results in a successful hire. What's more, you'll be helping friends and colleagues find a new job in the digital world.
We're looking for a variety of profiles in the digital field, including web developers, digital marketing specialists, UX/UI designers, data scientists, product owners, and many others.
If the recommended candidate does not pass the trial period, you will not receive a voucher. The voucher is only awarded when the recommendation results in a successful hire after the trial period.
Once the candidate you have recommended has successfully completed the trial period, we will send you a Fnac voucher worth €1,000 by e-mail.
